The Wasl Cards Console Panel is the merchant dashboard that accompanies the Cards API. It gives authorized users a visual interface for tasks that do not belong in the API flow itself — replacing a card that a customer reports as faulty, and reviewing sales performance across your account. You access the console through the Wasl merchant portal using the credentials Wasl provisioned for your account.
The Console Panel complements the API — it does not replace it. Use the API to build your automated order flow, and use the Console Panel for manual oversight, customer support actions, and reporting.

Access and authorization

Only authorized Payzah merchant users can log in to the Console Panel. Wasl controls account provisioning; contact your Wasl account manager to request access for additional team members. Within the panel, only users with the appropriate permissions can modify data — read-only users can view reports but cannot trigger card replacements or alter transaction records.
Keep your Console Panel credentials separate from your API credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to either set of credentials, notify Wasl support immediately and rotate your passwords.

Replace a faulty card

If a customer contacts you because their card code does not work, you can request a replacement directly from the Console Panel without raising a support ticket with Wasl.
1

Locate the transaction

Navigate to the Card Replacement section of the Console Panel. Enter the original transaction number associated with the customer’s order. The panel looks up the transaction and displays the cards that were issued.
2

Request the replacement

Select the faulty card and confirm the replacement action. Wasl generates a new card code for the end user and invalidates the original one.
3

Deliver the new code to the customer

Copy the replacement card_code and card_number from the panel and send them to your customer through your normal support channel. The replacement card carries the same denomination as the original.
You need the original transaction number to initiate a replacement. Make sure your order management system records and surfaces this value for every purchase so your support team can retrieve it quickly when a customer reports an issue.

View sales reports

The Console Panel includes a built-in reporting tool that lets you monitor the performance of your card sales over time.

Total Sales

View the total number of card units sold across all denominations and vendors within a chosen date range.

Amounts Sold

View the total revenue value of cards sold, broken down by denomination, vendor, or time period.
Use the reporting tool to reconcile your API transaction records against Wasl figures, identify your best-selling card brands, and plan your inventory strategy. Reports reflect confirmed orders only — initiated but unconfirmed transactions are not counted until the confirm-order step is completed.
Cross-reference your Console Panel sales figures with the transaction records in your own database regularly. Discrepancies may indicate orders that completed on the Wasl side but were not persisted correctly in your system, and catching these early makes reconciliation much simpler.

Summary of console capabilities

For anything outside these capabilities — such as adding new card brands to your catalog, adjusting pricing, or changing account settings — contact your Wasl account manager directly.
